We love families at Northside!

We want to impact the lives of children, to lead them to Jesus and to follow his teachings in their lives! The childhood years are the most impressionable years of a person's life. Our preschool and children's ministries are designed to meet the needs of children, to guide them in their growth, wisdom (knowledge), stature (physically), socially and spiritually. All of our teaching materials are Bible-based, activity oriented and child-centered.

These foundational years are meant to last a lifetime! What a joy it is for us to join with you in guiding the development of personalities and qualities which will lead to a happy and responsible future!

Saddle Ridge Ranch - Vacation Bible School: July 26-30, 2010

Howdy, folks! We hope you are planning on joining us for a wild west adventure. Saddle Ridge Ranch is free and open to all kids who are 4-years-old by July 1 and up through Grade 5 (09-10 school year). Sign-up and come along for the ride! Saddle Ridge Ranch will happen daily, July 26-30, 2010, then we will also have a celebration on August 1st during the morning worship service and following for fun and food! Sign up here!

Sunday Morning Schedule

We have something for children of all ages on Sunday morning. Whether it's a loving nursery for your newborn, a quiet room for nursing moms, fun activities for preschoolers or our 252 Basics Bible teaching program for first through fifth graders. The fun starts at 9:30. See our small groups page for a complete list of room numbers. During the worship hour at 11:00, students in first grade and up are invited to come to the auditorium for worship with their families. Kindergarten and younger children have extended care during worship.

Wednesday Nights for Grades 1-5: Children in Action

Children in Action is a comprehensive missions education organization, for boys and girls in grades 1-5, which includes praying for missions, engaging in missions action and witness, learning about missions, developing spiritually toward a missions lifestyle, participating in the work of the church, and supporting missions.

 

Grades 1-5 meet in the Fellowship Hall in the Children’s Wing on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM.

 

Wednesday Night for Preschoolers: Faithweaver Friends

From crafts to music to snacks—every engaging activity drives the weekly Bible Point home. And through it all, Children discover they have a real friend in Jesus.

 

Join the friendship fun—and discover how easy it is to encourage kids as they grow in their faith, outreach, and service to others. Faithweaver Friends is in Ed 211.
