"...you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)
These were the last words of Jesus to his disciples before He ascended into heaven from the Mount of Olives. We take these words to heart at Northside and have shaped our mission work around the four areas relative to us.
Our church is thankful to have many members and former members who now serve the Lord as full-time missionaries. It is our goal to participate where God is working, whether it is through prayer and financial support of missionaries and mission organizations, or through going on short-term trips to see the work and serve alongside missionaries on the field.
